REVIEW – Guy Fieri Knuckle Sandwich Santoku Chopper Knife

We'd love it if you shared it!

Guy Fiero Knuckle Sandwich Santoku Chopper Knife

I received a Guy Fieri Knuckle Sandwich Santoku Chopper Knife. The knife is made of high-carbon German stainless steel. It has a 5.5″ cutting blade with Hollow Grounds, which are supposed to reduce friction to make cuts smoother. The knife has a very solid feel to it. Physically, this knife is on the heavy side, but the ergonomic handle seems to distribute the weight nicely so it doesn’t really feel heavy when you’re using it. This knife is ideal for chopping things. I like it a lot for cutting vegetables, especially potatoes, it makes it quite effortless. This has become my husband’s favorite knife, he uses it for almost everything. He’s the “meat cutter” in my house, because I just don’t have the same skills as he does. He uses this to cut all of the meat now because it makes it so easy. The handle is smooth and super attractive, with the colorful flame design on it. The knife comes with a black universal guard that slips on the edge. This knife is super, super sharp. I do wish it had some different sort of guard because this one comes on and off so easily.
