“Room on the Broom” by Julia Donaldson and illustrated by Axel Scheffler is a top-selling children’s book full of adventure and friendship. The witch in the story is a kind one that meets some new friends while flying on her broomstick and offers them a ride with her. The animal friends are helpful to the witch, finding missing items the witch drops along the ride and even helping to save the witch from a mean dragon! Recommended for ages 4-8, the book has a good balance of humor, adventure, and suspense and shows the true meaning of friendship.

NCircle Entertainment brings the story to life with its newest DVD, Room on the Broom. I always loved reading as a child, but there’s something magical about seeing your favorite books and their characters come to life in a movie. Directed by Max Lang and Jan Lachauer, Room on the Broom features the voices of Gillian Anderson, Rob Brydon, Martin Clunes, Simon Pegg, Sally Hawkins, Timothy Spell, and David Williams. It runs for approximately 60 minutes with bonus content, including an Artwork Gallery, Behind the Scenes, and a Live Performance by Julia Donaldson.
