Affresh Bottle

I’ve been using Affresh Stainless Steel Cleaner since early July, almost two full months now. If you missed my first post on Affresh, you can read it HERE. I can wait a couple of minutes if you need to do it now.

Glad you’re back. So. I really like it. Why? The cleaner with the nice fruity smell is non-abrasive so it won’t scratch my fridge, easy to use, and most importantly – it works. My fridge never looked this clean before I started using it. I actually no longer mind cleaning the fridge because it takes virtually no effort now. There are two reasons for that.

Since the first time I used it I have always been thrilled that cleaning with Affresh didn’t require multiple sprays and lots of elbow grease. The cleaner is formulated to stay where it is sprayed and loosens dirt almost immediately after being sprayed, all you need to do is wipe it off. Not scrub, wipe. Not wipe and rinse, just wipe. This water based cleaner doesn’t require rinsing like ammonia and bleach based cleaners when used where food contact might occur.

Affresh Stainless Steel Cleaner is formulated to be used as part of a regularly scheduled routine because it combines with commonly used cleaners to prevent the formation of residue build-up. Basically, the more I clean it the less I need to clean it.

Take a look at my fridge now, after using Affresh for almost two months. It almost always looks this good now.

Affresh Fridge Followup

Affresh Stainless Steel Cleaner comes in a 16 ounce spray bottle and retails for approximately $6.99. It is available for purchase from retailers like Home Depot, Lowes, Sears, and Best Buy, as well as Whirlpool and other online retailers. I am very pleased with it and have no problem recommending it.

Affresh also makes Washer Cleaner and Dishwasher / Disposal Cleaner. I haven’t tried them yet but would be willing to based on how well the Stainless Steel Cleaner works. You can find out more information on these products on the Affresh site.

I wrote this review while participating in a campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Affresh and received product samples and a promotional item to thank me for taking the time to participate. As always, all opinions are my own.

Your refer looks great. I wonder if this is like the stainless steel cleaner that they had at the hospital food service department where I had my first job (oh my goodness, that was over 28 years ago now. Ouch! feeling that age creeping up). We would spray it on, let it sit for a little while, then wipe it and polish. It left the stainless sparkling. It was a big kitchen lined with refrigerators and freezers, and it would dazzle the eye when finished.

We purchased the Affresh stainless steel cleaner wipes. This particular Best Buy was out of the spray, which we might have preferred.
We are finding that the wipes streak and leave an uneven appearance. Using a fresh cloth and a lot of elbow grease, it can be somewhat evened out but not completely. My wife feels that other products work just as well with a lot less work.
