Jules And The Purina ONE 28 Day Challenge Conclusion – With @purinaonecat #Giveaway

I wanted to update you on the outcome of the Purina ONE 28 Day Challenge that we took for Jules. If you aren’t familiar with the challenge you may want to checkout our challenge kickoff post, along with update 1 and update 2. We accepted the challenge because we love Jules and want him to stay healthy and live a long life.
Here’s three facts for you to think about.
“96% of cat owners say that in general, their cat is healthy, according to a recent survey by Wakefield Research for Purina ONE. 
76% of cat owners don’t know that cats sometimes purr when they’re unhappy, and 75% don’t know that a cat’s diet requires more protein than a dog’s diet.
More than 1 in 4 (27%) don’t know that not eating can be a sign of sickness in cats.”
Did you learn anything there? I hadn’t known about the protein in the diet before this challenge.

Throughout the entire challenge we have fed Jules our cat Purina ONE Indoor Advantage food exclusively. Indoor Advantage food was developed to help minimize hairballs and maintain a healthy weight. Results typically seen after switching to this food include eager eating, healthy energy, less waste, bright eyes and a shiny coat, and clean teeth and an improved immune system.
Jules loves this food. He can’t get enough of it, and there are times when we’ve found that he’s now eating more then he did before on his previous food. Jules had occasional hairballs in the past, nothing overly excessive but . I am thrilled to say that since starting this challenge he rarely has a hairball. Yay for not having to clean up those gross things!
He’s doesn’t poop as much now as he did on his previous food. Yay for having less poop to scoop and less stinky in the bathroom!
What else is different? The playing. He liked playing before. He almost always wants to play now.
He steals the puppy’s toys sometimes and either plays with them or just brings them to another part of the house.

He’s got great energy too! He stalks and pounces more then ever. I caught him perched on top of the gate recently, waiting to pounce on the puppy!
