Summer is here and it’s here in full force this week. We’ve had a number of hot and humid days. You know, the days where you go into the freezer to get a Popsicle and just want to crawl in there and live for a while. We rely on Popsicles frequently to help us cool off. I mean, there’s just something about sitting back and relaxing for a few while enjoying an ice cold frozen Popsicle treat.

Speaking of Popsicles, you may recall that last month I mentioned the Popsicle Rules For Being A Kid Guidebook that was available online. Well, did you know that the guidebook is also available for download? It is. And why would you want to download it? I’ll tell you why. The download version of the guidebook has lots of fun stuff that isn’t in the online version. Sure, it’s got the rules, which you can find in the online version of the guidebook. But the downloadable, printable version has fun activities and other stuff like word search puzzles, coloring pages, and mustaches at the end of each chapter.

This guidebook is the kind of thing that you could even print and pace in a binder! By doing that you can always find the rules, and the activity pages will be right at hand so you can just copy one and use it. It’s the perfect type of thing to have handy for a rainy day at home or even a road trip!

The Popsicle Rules for Being a Kid guidebook was put together to remind families to celebrate summer and life itself by just enjoying being a kid. And in case you’re wondering, there’s no shame in bring a grown-up kid. That’s right! Those rules can work for adults too!
