OYO Sports makes officially-licensed sports-themed minifigures and buildable play sets that are compatible with leading building block manufacturers, including Lego. When I was asked if anyone in my family liked baseball and would I want to create my own MLB mini figure, I actually yelped out loud! My oldest son, Josh, loves the Phillies and he was expecting his first son any day!
I created a Phillies player that resembles Josh and will look great being displayed in his new son’s sports themed nursery! You could pick from 3 skin colors, glasses, facial hair, etc. Then you choose the team, favorite position and jersey number. Josh loved Ryan Howard, who recently retired, so I chose his position and jersey number.
The customized package is really nice, they even have our last name on the back of the jersey on the box picture! I was very impressed with the process of making it and the actual product! The customizable mini figure sells for $24.99
OYO also sent me 3 Phillies players (sold separately at $9.99 each) and the Philly Phanatic (also $9.99). There are numerous extra figures you can buy to complete your set.
I also received the Phillies Gametime set. It retails for $79.99 and includes a large playing field, players, mitts, baseballs, markings for the baseball diamond, and more. With all that I received, there are still many figures and sets available to add to Josh’s new collection. I’m thinking this will be a great Father’s Day gift, if I can wait that long to give it to him!
The playing pieces are well made and look able to stand up to actual play, if you decided to not just display them. OYO also has many other major sports themes to choose from and even has a customizable graduation figure!

Oh my goodness this is really adorable! My husband is actually a baseball reporter so we are huge fans, and I hadn't seen these yet. I'm checking out their inventory and seeing if they have our favorite team.

My 30 year old brother would love this seeing as he's a HUGE baseball fan. He was ecstatic when the Cubs won the World Series last year, and I was happy that his beloved Cubs finally made him happy.
