Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 1.5 cups white rice
- 16 oz frozen corn
- 2 packets taco seasoning
- 2x 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes
- 1x 14.5 oz water
- shredded taco cheese
- sour cream
Instructions
Set the Ninja to stovetop high.
Place the ground beef into the pot and then brown it.
Once the meat has finished browning,switch the Ninja to dry oven 350 f.
Place the following items into the pot, in this order – rice, corn, diced tomatoes, seasoning, and water.
Place the lid onto the Instant Pot and let cook for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes has passed, remove the lid and give a good stir.
Replace the lid and cook for another 10-15 minutes, until most liquid has absorbed.
Turn the Ninja off.
Serve immediately with shredded cheese and sour cream.
