Sausage Corn Chowder is one of my favorite soups ever. I make it often. Usually it requires one pot and one pan. I decided to try making it with the Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System I reviewed last year. I am so glad I did! There were not only less dishes to wash, but it seemed to taste even more robust. Here’s how I made it.
One-Pot Gluten-free Sausage Corn Chowder
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 lbs sweet Italian sausage
- 8 sm potatoes
- 2x 12 oz cans evaporated milk
- 2x 12 oz bags steamable corn
- 1x 14.75 oz can creamed corn
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Set the unit to stovetop high
Brown sausage, which takes about 10 minutes.
While sausage is cooking peel and cube the potatoes.
Switch to oven 375 f.
Add potatoes, evaporated milk, both types of corn, onion and garlic powder to the pan and give a stir.
Cover and cook for about 30 minutes.

Serve with salt and pepper to taste.
Do you have a favorite chowder (or other chunky soup)?

I love efficient cooking. One pot meals are easier to clean up and I love all the flavor combinations!

Ham and corn chowder is one of my favorite soups. I make it and can it without the cream and then add that when I prepare it for the night. This looks really good

I don't eat a lot of soup, but I do love tomato soup & grilled cheese. They go great together.

This looks like something my hubby would love. I will bookmark it and try it out!
