I love the combination of chicken, bacon and ranch. It’s one of my favorite hot sandwiches. I decided to make a one-pot casserole using these flavors. It was easy to make, and turned out to be a tasty comfort food. I made the recipe using the Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System. Here’s how I made it.
One-pot Creamy Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole
INGREDIENTS
- 1.25 lb chicken breast (cut into chunks)
- 1 lb pasta
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3x 10.75 oz cans cream of chicken soup (condensed)
- 1 oz packet ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup shredded bacon
- 1x can evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Turn the Ninja on and choose the stovetop setting.
Cut the uncooked chicken into chunks and place it into the Ninja’s pan.
In a bowl combine the condensed soup, cream cheese, evaporated milk, ranch dressing mix, bacon and seasonings. Pour it over the chicken.
Heat on stovetop high until mixture is bubbling and coming to a boil.
Add pasta and stir well. Try to be sure all pasta is covered.
Heat on oven 375 for 1 hour.
Serve with salt and pepper to taste.

Maybe a dumb question, but is your pasta pre-cooked or does it cook in the Ninja when mixed in? This sounds delicious and would like to try for dinner tonight.

Is the pic for this recipe? I see yellow cheese & no bacon.

Yes it is the picture for this recipe. I use shredded bacon pieces that I buy already prepared, you could certainly use larger pieces if you prefer.

This looks tasty! I made a roast chicken over the weekend, and this recipe would be perfect for using up the leftover chicken.
