I love one-pot meals. They are so easy to make, and of course they cut down on the amount of pots and pans I am left with to wash after the meal is over. This inexpensive recipe is a take on spaghetti, but instead of a red sauce the pasta is coated with cheesy beef. Here’s how to make it.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 8 oz cheddar cheese
- 48 oz beef broth
- onion powder
- garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Brown the ground beef in a very large skillet or inside of a pot.
Add the beef broth.
Break the spaghetti pieces into thirds or quarters and place in the pot.
Bring pot to a boil.
Add the cheddar cheese.
Stir for 2-3 minutes while cheese melts.
Serve immediately with a side of garlic bread.

Sounds and looks so good. I'll have to ask me mom and dad if they could make it for me sometime.
