One-Pot Pizza Mac And Cheese #Recipe For Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System From Val's Kitchen

Pizza – one of my oldest son’s favorite things. Mac and cheese – another one of his favorite things. I wanted to give him a hot meal that combined some of his favorite things so this dish was a no-brainer. The dish was a big hit, with my son having several bowls. It’s a super simple dish that’s easy to make, particularly since I made it in the Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking system.  Here’s how I make it.

One-Pot Pizza Mac And Cheese Recipe For Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System

Equipment used

  • 1 lb elbow pasta
  • 1 cup pepperoni (I used thick sliced)
  • 2x 15 oz cans pizza sauce
  • 15 oz water
  • 8 oz pizza cheese (mozzarella and cheddar blend)

Add pizza sauce and water to the Ninja.

Set the Ninja to stovetop high.

Add the pasta and boil until al dente.

Add the pepperoni and pizza cheese and stir well.

Cook on stovetop low for 5 minutes until cheese melts.

Serve immediately.
