Goulash. Beef and noodles. I, and probably most of you, call it by any amount of names. And, we have many different ways of making it. This particular recipe is great because it’s a one-pot recipe using the Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking system. This means that there aren’t tons of dirty pots, the kitchen doesn’t get hot from using the stove, and the appliance does the majority of the work for me. Here’s how I made it.
One-Pot Beef Goulash Recipe For Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 2x 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes with onion and garlic
- 2x 15 oz cans garlic & onion tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Set the Ninja to stovetop high.
Place the ground beef and seasonings into the Ninja and brown the beef.
Change Ninja to stovetop medium.
Add the elbows, then the diced tomatoes and garlic sauce.
Cook for 30 minutes.
Change the Ninja to stovetop low.
Add the cheese and cook for 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Serve with salt and pepper to taste.

Oh man, it’s been forever since I’ve had homemade goulash. I really shouldn’t be looking at this on an empty stomach!
Super easy to make. I love the idea of making one pot goulash! I am saving this to try to make some night this week!
There is nothing better than a one pot recipe! I love that it’s easy and doesn’t leave me with a lot of dishes to clean 🙂
This is an ideal family meal! I love easy to make meals that taste great too.
I like the ninja 3-in-1 system, that is very clever. I hope you enjoyed your meal!
One pot recipes are such a great thing for busy families. Anything that makes clean up easier after the meal helps. One pot versus six pots is a charmer.
Inspoires me to try my own ninja once ago.
I love one pot meals! It’s so easy to prepare and to clean up. I’m also always looking for quick and easy meals to make especially on week nights.
I just made it and it’s very good! It was the maiden voyage in the Ninja Cooking System.
I was thinking that I should have turned down the temp as the edges got very brown/black. Didn’t taste burned. I guess that will come with experience.
I also added some water half way into the Cooking process too.
Great recipe!
Do you pre cook your macaroni?
No I don’t precook the pasta.
