One-Pot Chicken Broccoli Rice Recipe For Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System

Rice is a favorite around here to be sure, as is cheese. It’s so versatile and economical. This was a big hit with the hubby. It’s really easy to make in the Ninja. It’s very filling and warms your belly on a cold evening. Here’s how I made it.

Chicken Broccoli Rice

Equipment used

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 lbs chicken, cubed
  • 1.5 cups white rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken & herb condensed soup
  • 4 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 2 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 16 oz bag frozen chopped broccoli
  • salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Set Ninja to stovetop high.

Place a little olive oil into the Ninja and brown the chicken.

Add the rice, condensed soup, broccoli and cheeses.

Cook for 30 minutes.

Serve immediately with salt and pepper to taste.

This looks pretty delicious. Warm, comfort food! I like the simplicity of the recipe. Means I'm more likely to make it! Haha :)
