One Pot Chicken And Rice is a super simple gluten-free meal. The rice gets its flavor from the boullion cubes and the chicken. Making this in the Ninja Cooking System saves some work and doesn’t heat the house up.
I needed a quick and easy gluten-free meal. I had rice and I had some frozen chicken. I decided it was a good time to see how rice did in the Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System I’ve gone completely nuts over. It came out great. It’s a super simple meal. The rice gets its flavor from the boullion cubes and the chicken. It was about as quick to make in the cooking system as it would have been to make it in a traditional way, and it didn’t heat my house up. Here’s how I made it.
Easy Gluten-Free One Pot Chicken And Rice Recipe For The Ninja Cooking System
Equipment Needed
Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System
measuring cups
Ingredients
- 3 cups Minute Rice
- 3 cups water
- 3x chicken boullion cubes (I used extra large cubes that usually take 2 cups water so if you use the smaller regular boullion cubes you’ll need to use 6)
- 6x Tyson gluten-free grilled chicken breast
Instructions
Set the Ninja Cooking System to stovetop high.
Place the rice into the pan.
Place the boullion cubes into pan on top of the rice.
Add water into pan.
Place the rack into the pan over the rice.
Place the chicken onto the rack.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Serve immediately.

I love that you can do rice in this cooking system, as well. Another great meal!
Delish! That Ninja is something! We eat chicken and yellow rice a lot!
One pot?? I’m totally sold!!!

I love the Ninja!
I love an easy, one dish meal! It looks delicious!
This Ninja system looks awesome!
Gread appliance except I like my meat fried, broiled or baked not potted.
So versatile!
Nothing better than one pot!
Just for an educational purpose, in your profile you said you hate the word “retarded”. I’m with you here. What word(s) do you prefer? I have a brother with cerebral palest.
He’s a person and like all people it’s preferable not to identify them with stereotypical labels. If there was a need to say something developmentally delayed or has Down syndrome should more then suffice.
Wow that looks so easy and tasty!
One pot?! Now you’re speaking my language. I would totally make this!
Something Chinese definitely from The Wall my favorite takepoit. For home stir fry.
Wait, why don’t I own this Ninja cooking system! I need to remedy this – For real! This chicken and rice looks so delicious!
I can’t believe how easy this is!
