I love thick, hearty soups that warm your insides and fill your belly. This one is super easy to make and makes a great meal itself. I don’t make this one with tons of liquid, but it’s easy enough to give it more liquid by simply adding in a little more beef broth. Here’s how I made it.
One-Pot Cheeseburger Pasta Soup
Equipment used
Ingredients
- 1 lb medium shells pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2x 32 oz boxes beef broth
- 8 oz Double Double Cheddar (I used Cabot, it’s a blend of sharp and medium cheddars)
- 16 oz Velveeta cheese
- 10 oz steamable mixed vegetables
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Set Ninja to stovetop high and brown the ground beef.
Once beef is cooked, add the pasta and the broth and cook for about 15 minutes.
Switch Ninja to slowcook low and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the vegetables and the shredded cheese and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy with salt and pepper to taste.

Did I miss something? How much ground beef?
Sounds delicious and easily converted to stove top if one doesn't have a ninja

It uses 1 pound of ground beef. Yes it would convert easily. One of the reasons I use the Ninja is because it cooks like a stovetop if you use the stovetop setting.
