I made this in the Ninja Kitchen Cooking system. It’s not quite the consistency of a stew or soup but it has the filling comfort food flavor that you get from a soup or stew. Since I made it in the Ninja Kitchen 3-in-1 Cooking System it’s a one pot meal and super easy to make. The salad dressing I used is what prevents it from being gluten-free so if you found one that was gluten-free or substituted something of your own that is then the dish would be gluten-free. Here’s how I did it.
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 6 med potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1x 14oz bag frozen corn
- 1x 16oz bottle Cheddar Bacon Ranch Dressing (wishbone)
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Put cooking system on stovetop high.
Brown ground beef partway, until it’s about 3/4 of the way cooked.
Switch cooking system to oven 375.
Place potatoes over the ground beef.
Place corn in layer over potatoes.
In small bowl combine the dressing with the seasonings and stir.
Pour dressing mix over top and using a spoon do your best to make sure everything is submerged.
Cover and cook on oven 375 for 1 hour.
Sprinkle some shredded cheddar on top if desired and serve immediately with salt and pepper to taste.
