Mac and cheese, a beloved dish of millions. Bacon, a meat beloved by millions. Ranch, something I feel goes well with many things including bacon and cheese. So put everything all together in a simple one-pot recipe and you have Bacon Ranch Mac And Cheese. This dish is creamy and flavorful and was a big hit. Here’s how I made it.

Bacon Mac And Cheese

Equipment used

  • 1 lb pasta
  • 8 oz Velveeta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar
  • 1 packets ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded bacon

Set Ninja to stovetop high.

Boil pasta in Ninja according to instructions on package.

Drain water from pasta and return pasta to Ninja.

Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.

Set Ninja to stovetop low and cook for 5 minutes.

Serve immediately.

Hmm, I’m not familiar with the 3-n-1 Ninja system. Do you have more information about it?

My favorite dish when we dine out at a specific restaurant is bancon ranch mac and cheese. Hubby thinks it’s crazy that I dine out to eat macaroni. Now I can make it at home and maybe he’ll enjoy it as much as I do.

I’m assuming you also cooked the bacon before adding it to the pasta?

Hi Kathy. Great question, I should have been more clear. It’s a ready to use product –
