Lulu Jr. My Comic Book – Create Your Own Comic
My Comic Book by Lulu Jr is an Academics Choice Brain Toy Award Winner. The recommended ages on the kits are 6 and up. The kit includes “How To” Guide Comics in Action, 18 comic design pages, pencil, sharpener & artist eraser, outline pen, 10 washable markers and online tools. A full-sized professionally-bound 8.5”x11” hardcover book with the child’s bio and author photo is returned to you at the end, even providing the option to order extras with a postage paid envelope.

I had C try this out. She decided to make a comic book for her younger siblings about Santa and Christmas. I absolutely love this concept. It gives kids a creative way to express themselves and use their imagination. The opportunity to create a story and have it printed into a book could give a child a boost in confidence while letting them make their own cool and colorful comic book. The kit comes with everything you need to make your comic book so the kids just open and let their imagination get to work. It could definitely be used as a family activity. The book would be great to give back to your child when they are older as a keepsake. Lulu Jr. My Comic Book: Create Your Own Comic would make a great gift and I highly recommend this for any child.
