Here’s five meals we’ll be eating this week. We’re not at home for the other two nights.

Grilled Cheese

I’ll be using American cheese that’s on sale for $3.99 per pound and a loaf of bread that is $1.79.

Corn Sausage Chowder

I’ll be using 3 pounds of Italian Sausage that’s on sale for $1.99 per pound, 3 cans of corn that I have in the cabinet, 2 cans of evaporated milk from the cabinet and potatoes that are on sale for $1.99 per 5 pound bag.

Roast Beef, Potatoes and Vegetables

I’ll be using a Boneless Beef Roast that is on sale for $1.74 per pound, a half bag of Nathan’s Frozen Potatoes that are on sale for $1.84 per bag and a box of Birds Eye from the freezer.

London Broil, Potatoes and Corn

I’ll be using Top Round London Broil that’s on sale for $1.99 per pound, Mini Potato Patties that are on sale for $2.00 per bag and a box of Birds Eye vegetables that’s on sale $0.64 per box.

Bruschetta Chicken and Pasta

I’ll be trying something new using Boneless Chicken that’s on sale for $2.49 per pound, pasta from the cabinet and bruschetta from the refrigerator.

Mom – I’m only including the main part of the meal, not the dessert. Veggies are in most.
