I love cooking up new things to eat, as well as having guests over. Recently I had the opportunity to have a Chef Boyardee In-Home party.

The first thing I ad to do was decide what to make. There are lots of Chef Boyardee products that can be used in recipes, something you can see in this picture of the Chef boyardee display at a local grocery store a few months ago.
I decided to make a few different dishes. The one I made for some of the kids was especially well received. It’s an adaptation of two Chef Boyardee recipes – Chili-roni and Taco-roni. Check it out.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cans Chef Boyardee Mini Dinosaurs
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2-4 oz shredded Taco cheese
- 1 small can white corn, drained
- 6 oz cooked chicken (I used a package of Perdue ShortCuts, cut into small pieces)
DIRECTIONS
Pour the contents of the Chef Boyardee cans into medium sized bowl.
Add in the contents of the taco seasoning packet and stir.
Add in the drained corn and stir.
Add in the chicken and stir.
Add in some of the shredded cheese and stir.
Pour contents of bowl into a pot and heat for 10 minutes on medium the stovetop.

- Each of the top ten finalists from all the accumulated weeks will have the chance to win the grand prize of free groceries for a year. The winner will be chosen based on a combined score of taste points and voting.
