Building a LEGO Christmas Wreath Ornament is a fun and educational craft for your kids to do. They can play with their building blocks while also making something they can display or give as gifts! Make this fun activity today and you’ll be able to enjoy it all season long.
Here’s how to make it.

Supplies Needed
- 21 LEGO green 2×2 round plates
- 6 LEGO red 1×1 round plates
- 6 LEGO green 1×1 leaves
- 2 LEGO red 1×2 with 45º angle
- 1 LEGO black 1×1 plate with lamp holder

Instructions
Organize the supplies in your work area. Separate the different types of pieces into separate piles.

Take the green round 2×2 plates and connect them to each other forming a circle. A helpful thing to do to help you visualize and connect in the right places is to place the pieces onto the table in a circle without connecting them first, then start connecting.
Add the black 1×1 plate to the top to create a place for the string to hang.

Connect the 6 leaf pieces to the bottom round plates, placing three leaves on each side of the wreath.

Add the remaining green round plates to the top of the wreath.

Add the red 1×1 round pieces in equal intervals around the wreath.

Make a bow at the bottom of the wreath using the red modified bricks.
Your ornament is ready to hang or gift!
