Instant Pot Roast Beef. I almost hate to say there’s a recipe for this because it requires only 5 ingredients and is so simple to make. This roast beef is naturally gluten-free depending on the spices used.

Instant Pot Roast Beef Recipe From Val's Kitchen

Instant Pot Roast Beef. I almost hate to say there’s a recipe for this because it’s so unbelievably simple to make. The Instant Pot electric pressure cooker does almost all of the work, which means you don’t have to keep coming back into the kitchen to check or turn the meat. In fact, I left the house once the cooking cycle completed (which takes about 20 minutes start to finish give or take) and the Instant Pot switched to keep warm. Basically, the heaviest lifting you will have to do is actually lifting the roast. Cooking gluten-free? No problem! Since the only other ingredient besides the roast beef is two seasonings, if your seasonings are gluten-free then your roast beef is gluten-free. When preparing the roast this way you will wind up with about 1.5 cups of beef broth, you can serve that right over the top like an au jus, or if you’re having potatoes as a side then serve it over them. I prepared this roast to be medium rare. If you let it rest longer then I did your roast will be less pink obviously. Here’s how I make it.

Instant Pots are amazing! It’s so hard to believe you can cook an entire roast beef in such a short length of time. Italian seasoning is a tasty addition. Have you tried it with low sodium onion soup mix? OMG! Talk about delicious.

Sounds like this Instant Pot is a winner. I am so fond of roast beef but hate to cook it in the oven because it dries out.

I am a vegetarian but this would be a convenient way to cook roast beef. We have a very busy schedule and this would be easy enough to prepare on one of our busy weeknights.

I LOVE roast beef! I really have to get myself an Insta Pot so my family can enjoy more slow-cooked meals without having to worry about the oven. It would work well this weekend here in Canada for our Thanksgiving.
