Interactive Wordless Wednesday – What’s Cheese Cost At Your Deli?

We'd love it if you shared it!

What does your favorite American cheese cost at your deli? I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Land O Lakes American Cheese. It costs anywhere from $5.09 to $6.99 per pound at most delis and grocery stores in my area but at BJ’s it only costs me $3.49. That’s why I get a couple of pounds every time I go there, we go through this cheese like crazy.

Wow, that is a lot of cheese. I don't really pay attention to the price. We buy ours primarily at Save-A-Lot. I never thought of it the way the above comment put it. Cheese is more expensive than our gas!

Our gas is $3.65 per gallon for regular unleaded right now so it is here too. I never thought of it that way.

Not sure but your cheese price is running a close race with our gas prices.

I think you'd pass out if you came to where I live. In Vancouver, Canada, a pound of cheddar is usually between $10 and $13 dollars.

Whoa! That's crazy! Is all cheese that expensive there?

I'm a cheddar fan here... :) I usually pay $1.99 for a half lb at Grocery Outlet, since we don't eat enough to warrant larger quantities at one time.

That's not bad at all! I like cheddars too.
