I’ve been playing with Freida’s French Style Crepes for a couple of days. I’m curious what other people do with them. What would you put into this empty crepe?

I have no idea; I have never made a crepe before. Fruit maybe?

Yes you could use fruit, you could use pretty much anything I think.

Never done these as tihin pancakes are not my specialty, but how about a delicious fruit spread like applebutter, and some yummy soft cheese perhaps ricotta rolled or chocolatey nutella and whipcream?

I have no idea, but I’m dying for strawberries and whipped cream so I’ll go with that. I’ll tell you what…if you make them, I’ll come over and eat some. 😉

I think kind of warm. Like they do in restaurants! If I recall they are usually served just above room temp I thought??

mmm there’a creperie near my tattoo artist’s studio, and I had an egg, spinach and cheese crepe there once. FABULOUS. They essentially sandwiched the innards between two crepes and cooked it. it was fabulous and I only wish I could eat like that daily!

I <3 to mix Cream Cheese with Marshmallow Cream in a blender to be really light whipped fruit dip. then cut up strawberries and put the cream w/strawberrys tortilla style. If i'm feeling really fancy, i'll even get some strawberries and mash them with sugar and pour it over the top of the crepes.

Yum. :p~~~
