With this recipe, all you do is throw the ingredients into your pressure cooker and let it do its thing while you’re working, playing with your kids or relaxing. Then, in less than an hour you’ll have delicious pumpkin butter! Ingredients 

  • 1x 15oz can pumpkin purée
  • 1/4 cup apple cider
  • 1 tbsp sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin spice 
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

Plug in the pressure cooker.

Place the pumpkin purée, cider, sugar, salt, pumpkin spice & brown sugar into the inner pot of the pressure cooker.

Mix the ingredients together well with a silicone cooking spoon.

Place the lid onto the pressure cooker and close to seal.

Set the pressure cooker to cook on manual high pressure for 10 minutes.

Once the cooking time has finished, turn the valve to do a quick pressure release and let the steam out.

Remove the lid.

Add the vanilla extract to the mixture and stir well.

Transfer to a jar for easy storing. 

Serve and enjoy!
