Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a medium bowl.

Mix until incorporated.

Refrigerate before serving.

Tips
If you don’t have mayo or would prefer not to use it then you can substitute plain Greek yogurt for it.
For best flavor use fresh squeezed lemon juice and fresh dill.
If using dried dill crush the leaves between your fingers before adding to the bowl to maximize flavor.
If you prefer the flavor to be more on the tart side you ca add a little more lemon juice or pickles.
If you prefer a sweeter flavor use bread and butter pickles.
If you need to thin out the sauce add a little pickle juice to it.
Optional ingredients to add for a different flavor are finely chopped onions, capers, thyme, cayenne pepper, and paprika.
