You may recall that I published my Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System review. I love this appliance! Not only is is perfect for home but I believe it would also be great for travel. Case in point. We go on a family camping trip in upstate New York every year. And every year it rains. Noone really likes grilling in the rain. If noone is manning the grill then I’m making sandwiches. I like sandwiches but not when I really had my taste buds set for a juicy burger. I am happy to say that it is possible to make burgers in the Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System. We thought the burgers were very juicy and tender.
To make burgers in the Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System you use stovetop mode. Place your burgers inside the pan and cook as you would on a regular stovetop. I cooked on high because I was a bit impatient. I am sue you could cook these on medium as well.
Fats will come off as you cook obviously, just push the burgers back away from the fat if possible.
It didn’t take long for the burgers to cook. I did use tongs to flip them a couple of times.
If you want a cheeseburger instead of a plain hamburger then place a slice of cheese on the top of each burger about 2 minutes before it’s finished cooking.
Serve and enjoy however you like your burgers.
