My youngest loves cookies. We had some regular oatmeal cookies and I knew he’d be wanting some. So, I decided to make some using gluten-free instant oatmeal. I also included one of his favorite fruits, the banana. He loved the cookies and they were gone in no time. Here’s how I made them.
GLUTEN-FREE BANANA OATMEAL COOKIES
INGREDIENTS
- 1 box Chex Gluten-free Oatmeal
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1/2 cup whole milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 f.
Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine well.
Using an ice cream scoop or measuring cup or whatever works for you, place small mounds of the dough onto the baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve and enjoy with your favorite beverage.

I love banana anything so this recipe is especially appealing. We like to eat gluten free too so it works.

My fave is peanut butter with chocolate chunks, but if you added chocolate to these I might have a new fave ;)
