Food For Thought – Where Do You Put Your Schmear?

When I have a bagel and cream cheese I only put cream cheese on one half of the bagel. I eat a bagel and cream cheese like a sandwich. On the infrequent occasions I have butter on my bagel, the bagel must be toasted, and then I put a little butter on both halves. When my son eats a bagel and cream cheese, he likes cream cheese on both sides and he eats each half separately. For those of you that eat bagels, how do you like to eat yours? Let’s hear it!
