I don’t care for cole slaw. Therefore, I don’t make it, because I feel I can’t make it well since I don’t care for it. I know during the holidays many people like to put out a buffet type of table, and some go with things that are simple and affordable like cold cuts, as well as other mains that go well with side salads. With that in mind I got a cole slaw recipe, it’s a copycat of the KFC Cole Slaw. I hope you enjoy it.

This is an awesome recipe indeed. KFC cole slaw is the only one I have ever eaten but with the gravy mixed in of course. I will have to try making this for the family. Thanks for sharing.

Hum--sounds easy. I might be tempted to use the package that contains pre shredded cabbage and carrots to make it even easier!
