Easy Antipasto Salad Recipe From Val's Kitchen

Easy Antipasto Salad

Growing up, there was a special pizza deal that my parents would order once a week. The pizza came with an antipasto salad. They loved that salad. I didn’t realize then what a versatile dish it was. Some dishes only work as side dishes. Some only work as mains. Then there are dishes that work as either, such as a good antipasto salad.

Antipasto is frequently the first course of a traditional Italian family meal. Antipasto is a salad that contains ingredients including cured meats such salami and pepperoni, cheeses and vegetables, all bathed in an oil and vinegar dressing.

Easy Antipasto Salad is filled with color from fresh veggies, meats and cheeses. Our recipe incorporates olives, artichoke hearts, and pepperoncinis but you can change it up to suit your family’s tastes.

This Easy Antipasto Salad is super simple to make. Just add the ingredients to a big bowl and toss to combine. It doesn’t get much easier than that! Here’s how to make it.
