I love cooking with the crockpot. I had some frozen hash browns and ground beef that I needed to use, this is what I came up with.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 lbs Ground beef
  • 16 oz frozen hash browns
  • 1x 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes (I use the basil, garlic and oregano variety)
  • 1/4-1/2 cup shredded bacon
  • 1x 10 3/4 oz can cream of potato soup
  • 4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown ground beef. A few minutes before the ground beef is finished add in the diced tomatoes and mix well.
