In case you haven’t noticed, I am a big fan of easy meals and shortcuts. I do enjoy cooking, but many of my days are just jam packed as it is without adding in a couple of hours to cook. It’s on those days that I love knowing that I can rely on a brand like Alexia to provide me with quality products that are easy to prepare. The great thing about Alexia is that their tasty products make a great side as well as a flavorful ingredient. Take Alexia Crispy Potato Puffs, for example.

Cheesy Beef Potato Puff Casserole Recipe From Val's Kitchen

Alexia’s Potato Puffs are not your ordinary potato puffs. They have a flavor unlike any other potato puff. They are actually called “Crispy Potato Puffs Seasoned with Garlic and Black Pepper”. And that name describes them perfectly. These Crispy Potato Puffs excel as a side for your favorite burger or sandwich. The puffs aren’t soggy like some of the puffs from some of the other guys. And they are so flavorful! The seasoning is perfectly blended, so no one ingredient overpowers the others. These puffs have a grown-up flavor that you’ll want to be sure to have on hand in your freezer next time you’re looking for that perfect side.

So you know that Alexia Crispy Potato Puffs make a great side. Did you know that they also make a great ingredient for many recipes? I used them to make a casserole and was just so pleased with the outcome. Everyone loved the dish and had seconds.

Here’s how I made it.

Alexia makes many other products that are perfect for tasty meals on busy nights as well as entertaining. You have probably seen their french fries and onion rings in the freezer section. And maybe you’ve seen their Sweet Potato Fries with Sea Salt. But, did you know that Alexia offers guilt-free potatoes? Their Smart Classics Roasted Tri-Cut Potatoes with Sea Salt (available in straight-cut and crinkle) are only 100 calories per serving and 98% fat free. And, did you know that they also make artisan ready-to-bake bread? They do, and it’s really good! We love their Italian Roasted Garlic Artisan Bread: These delicious rolls are made with a generous helping of whole roasted garlic cloves in a unique pull-apart shape, so they’re easy to enjoy right out of the oven.

Cheese, beef, potato–you’re speaking my language. I don’t do a ton of casseroles (my mom only made casseroles growing up). But this is worth breaking my casserole ban.

Stacie @ Divine Lifestyle June 15, 2016 - 2:40 pm

This is the most ingenuous use of tots I’ve ever seen. I can’t wait to make this. The family is going to love it.
