When I was a teen I used to get the biggest kick out of facial masks. I mean, how can you not be amused by a peel-off mask that looks like a funky second skin! I stopped doing them regularly many years ago. I recently learned of Borghese Beauty, a skincare and cosmetics company. They sent me a holiday gift consisting of two different muds. The first sounds like a mud that might be a good fit for me. I generally avoid products that say they contain different oils, as my skin is oil enough. But, the mask mentions minimizing pores and exfoliating, so it’s something I’m going to try. The second specifically says it is for delicate skin, which I don’t have. Back in the day I remember masks were mostly only for oily skin, whereas this one is for delicate dry skin.
Fango Active Mud for Face and Body
Our signature and classic Fango Active is a one-and-only, must-have, mineral-rich mud. It’s a sensational step beyond everyday clean. Derived from traditional Tuscan treatments, its deep-down purifying power purges and minimizes pores. It exfoliates and helps surface cell turnover, imparting clarity. It hydrates and firms reducing fine lines and providing smooth, toned texture. Infused with Sweet Almond and Avocado Oils, this mud detoxifies and does away with dull skin, leaving skin radiant and refreshed.
Fango Delicato Active Mud for Delicate Skin
A purifying treatment formulated to gently cleanse and detoxify, yet leaves the most fragile and sensitive skin feeling enriched and refreshed. Aloe Vera, Oat Protein and Mango Butter, help to calm skin and deliver a surge of hydration. Olive Fruit and Chamomile Extracts soothe and alleviate dryness, helping to restore soft, supple cushion and comfort.

Oh yes, I have a mud and clay mask that I simply love. My imperfections are red right after, but then heal up and diminish faster!

These both sound amazing indeed. I would probably try the Fango Active Mud for Face and Body. I would need it to minimize my fine lines. Thanks for sharing I will have to try this product.

I have not used a facial mud but I could use a good pore minimizer. I really should check these out!

Ooh, I've always wanted to try a mud treatment! These look really nice. Could definitely use the pore refining aspect!

The Aloe Vera, Oat Protein and Mango Butter ingredients sound like a fantastic combination. I love using masks, especially when they make my skin softer and clearer.
