Recently we got to try some snacks from Bare Fruit. Bare Fruit makes a number of different apple snacks, including:
All-Natural Apple Chips
- Cinnamon
- Fuji Red
- Granny Smith
- Sea Salt Caramel
- Chile Lime
Organic Apple Chips
- Cinnamon
- Fuji Red
- Granny Smith
They also make organic dried fruit including apricots and mangos.
We tried a variety of different apple chips. I was very pleased them. The apple chips are crunchy and yet not really hard. For a dried fruit they are surprisingly moist. It was very hard to pick one favorite of all the ones we tried, but in the end the Fuji Red was the one for me. for me son it was the Sea Salt Caramel. The apple chips make a great snack. I like that no preservatives or chemicals are used. For example, the Cinnamon Apple Chips have only two ingredients – apples and cinnamon. They use an exclusive process that bakes the chip in a way that the natural sugars caramelize on the outside, providing the sweet and tart flavor combination without adding sugars or flavors. I feel good about giving them to my son because they are fruit, they’re gluten-free, and they’re made here in the US from US fruit. They’re a wonderful, healthier snack option for game day, entertaining or lunchboxes.
What’s your favorite dried fruit?
