Ingredients
- 2 1/4 flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup unsalted sweet cream butter softened
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1 ½ cups cooked bacon, chopped
- sea salt for garnish

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 f.
Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper or silpat.
Crumble the cooked bacon and set it aside.
Place the flour, baking soda and salt into a small bowl and combine.
Place the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract into a large mixer bowl and beat until creamy.
Add the eggs to the bowl, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Gradually beat in the flour mixture.
Stir in the chocolate chips and crushed pretzels.

Use a cookie scoop to drop dough onto the cookie sheet.
Sprinkle some crumbled bacon on top of the cookies.
