This Air Fryer Beef Fried Rice is as good as take-out and a lot more economical. This gluten-free recipe is easy to make, with no standing, no stirring, and no splattering. And almost no oil!

Air Fryer Beef Fried Rice Recipe From Val's Kitchen

Fried rice is probably my most favorite item on a Chinese food take out menu. While I was in the grocery store the other day I saw some roast beef ends over by the deli counter. I’d had fried rice on my mind for a while lately and thought those ends might work well for making a batch of fried rice in the air fryer. You can’t beat air fryer fried rice because it’s easy to make and very economical. There’s very little work involved in making this dish, mostly just measuring and stirring. Here’s how I make Air Fryer Beef Fried Rice.

Instructions

Place the cold cooked white rice into the mixing bowl.

Add the vegetable oil and the soy sauce and mix thoroughly.

Add the frozen peas & carrots, the diced onion and the diced beef and mix thoroughly.

Pour the rice mixture into the nonstick pan. (If using the aluminum pan then spray it with nonstick cooking spray first.)

Set the Air Fryer to 360 f with a 20 minute cooking time.

Once the timer goes off, remove the pan from the Air Fryer.

Serve with your favorite meat, or just grab a bowl and enjoy!

I don’t have an air fryer, but I want to get one. My friend has one and raves about it, so I really need to get one.

I hosted an Asian themed dinner over the weekend and I couldn’t decide if I wanted to make a few dishes or stick to my tried and true wok. Well, the wok won but now I am wishing I had tried at least one dish using my air fryer. I love the convenience of my air fryer.

I have never used an air fryer before but I think I would love it. I make my fried rice simply in a skillet so I’m sure yours tastes much better!

This recipe is so easy and sounds delicious. We are vegetarian so I would sub out the beef or use a vegetarian substitute. I’ll have to make for my kids too.

I have made this recipe a few times now and it continues to be one of my husbands favorites! The first time I used whatever veggies I had on hand and we always add egg. Very good and very easy to make!
