New Ford Transit Winnebago Fuse Class C RV Sales To Start This Month

We'd love it if you shared it!

Ford Transit Winnebago Fuse Class C RV

My Dad has always loved the idea of traveling the country in an RV. When I was a teen he got a slide-on cap for his pick-up truck, and we traveled from NJ to Florida and Louisiana in it. It was a great adventure, but spending time in that slide-on was the worst. You couldn’t stand or stretch out or move around or anything. A number of years went by and he got a travel trailer. It turned out to be too small, so he found himself a deal on a used camper and we used the travel trailer. Eventually the camper died and my Dad found a deal on a used RV or motorhome. He’s still got that now, but it’s approaching the age where it’s starting to need more and more repairs, or possible retirement. I couldn’t help but think of him when I learned about the new Ford Transit Winnebago Fuse Class C RV that’s slated to start being sold this month.

You’ve probably seen the Ford Transit at one point or another. Now, the newest model of the Transit will actually be a Class C motorhome built in conjunction with Winnebago. A Class C motorhome built on the new Ford Transit cutaway chassis, the Winnebago was built with the outdoors-enthusiast in mind.

Choose from a rear bedroom slide-out with a queen-size bed or a front slide-out with twin beds and a rear bath. The Fuse is compact and maneuverable, so no matter what your family’s into, you can caravan comfortably from one adventure to the next.

And if you happen to think that you’d prefer a camper van, don’t forget that Ford offers Class B motorhomes, featuring three roof heights, two wheelbases and three powertrains to choose from.

Have you ever thought about traveling in an RV?

If I had one like that I would!! Actually, my best friend has one and she loves to travel all over Texas. I've gone with her once. We had a blast.

The floor plan makes it look so spacious! Looks like a great transportation alternative.

I love looking at the floorplan and imaging what we would do inside and where we would put everything. This is on my wishlist!

I have never considered traveling in an RV. When I get old, though, I plan to live in some sort of tiny house similar to an RV.

That looks so awesome! I love this because everything fits, but it's still manageable.
