Ham And Cheese Frittata Recipe From Val's Kitchen

Hubby loves it when I make frittatas. They are super easy to make and really flavorful. Plus, if you have to use a bunch of eggs in a hurry because of the date, a frittata is one of the go=to recipes for that. This particular recipe came together one day while cleaning out the fridge, I used up some ham and some eggs that had to go in a hurry.  This one was simple, and because of the limited ingredients it was also gluten-free, making it safe for my youngest. Unfortunately, everyone enjoyed this one so much it was gone before I could get a picture of it sliced and plated. I suppose that’s better than the alternative. Anyway, here’s how I made it.

Does placing the pan directly in the oven mess up the rubber handle?

My caldero doesn't have rubber or any maerial on the handles, the handles are made of metal.

Your photos and recipe reminded me of how much I love frittatas. I used to make a veggie one but haven't in a while. Yum!
