I wanted to make the husband something different. I knew I wanted to use his favorite vegetable, spinach. He likes spinach with pasta, so I decided to try mixing the spinach with some ravioli, along with some chicken. He loved the final dish and said he’d love for me to make it again. Here’s how I made it.
One-Pot Ravioli With Spinach And Chicken
INGREDIENTS
- 13 oz bag mini cheese ravioli
- 15 oz jar alfredo sauce
- 8 oz water
- 12 oz bag steamable spinach
- 9 oz chicken breast (I used Perdue Shortcuts Italian)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Place ravioli, onion powder, garlic powder, alfredo sauce and water in large skillet and bring to a boil.
While that is cooking, microwave the spinach for 4 minutes. Drain any water from the bag.
Chop the chicken into small bite sized pieces.
Add the spinach and chicken to the pan and stir well.
Reduce heat to low and let cook for 3-4 minutes.
Serve immediately with salt and pepper to taste.

I am not sure about spinach because my son does not like it that much but we will try this at home. Thanks for sharing.

Pasta dishes are always a hit with my family. I think the kids might even look past the greens!
