One-Pot Beef Stew Recipe For Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System From Val's Kitchen

Beef stew is great. While there are many different ways to make it, the end result is basically the same – a tasty and filling meal that’s perfect for a cold fall or winter evening. I have a few different beef stew recipes. This particular one is the simplest, using the fewest ingredients and taking the least amount of time. Here’s how I made it.

One-Pot Beef Stew

EQUIPMENT USED

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 lbs beef stew cubes
  • 6 med-lg potatoes
  • 1/2 lb baby carrots
  • 1x 14 3/4 oz cream of potato soup (condensed)
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Set the Ninja to stovetop high.

Place the beef into the Ninja and brown for about 10 minutes.

Add the potatoes and carrots.

Put soup and one can of water over the meat.

Switch the Ninja to oven 375.

Cook for 1 hour.

Serve immediately with salt and pepper to taste.

How much water do you use with this? I’m going to try and use this recipe to make Steak San Marcos.

O have not made beef stew in ages--and yes, I do love it--especially in the winter when it is cold outside! That Ninja sounds better and better to me and a lot easier then making beef stew in a stock pot!

I'm a big fan of one-pot recipes! I'm more likely to make them because they require less dishes ;)
