I’ve known about the Eight O’Clock Coffee brand for what seems like forever. Many years ago my Mom would put together holiday gift baskets. In some of them she’d include bags of coffee, and she always chose Eight O’Clock Coffee. Nowadays, I understand why she chose Eight O’Clock Coffee. You could buy a bag of beams and then have it ground the way you wanted. Plus it tasted good and don’t cost as much as some other coffees.
