What makes a recipe a recipe? According to Dictionary.com, the word recipe means “a set of instructions for making or preparing something, especially a food dish.” That’s exactly what I consider a recipe to be. Yet somehow, I feel sort of weird calling the recipe I’m about to share with you a recipe. Why? Because it only has two ingredients (plus water, which I don’t consider to be an ingredient).

That’s right folks. You can make this recipe with as little as 2 ingredients plus water. And, it’s a true dump and start meal. You put the ingredients in and press start. This may be literally the easiest recipe ever. This is a super simple meal that’s perfect for those super busy days when you realize you don’t have much in the house. It’s also great for a quick meal, it doesn’t cost much more than 2 cans of ravioli from the grocery store but it serves more people.

Here’s how I make Pressure Cooker Dump And Start Ravioli.

Equipment Needed

Ingredients

  • 2x 12 oz bags frozen ravioli (I used Celetano frozen mini-round cheese ravioli)
  • 1x 24 oz jar pasta sauce (I used Ragu Hearty Traditional)
  • water
  • grated or shredded cheese for serving (optional)

Stir gently.

If you’re sprinkling grated or shredded cheese on top do that while plating.
