I received a sample of the book If I Could Keep You Little and it spoke to my heart. It’s a new children’s book from bestselling and award-winning author Marianne Richmond. The pastel drawings are cute but what makes this book for me is the writing. It’s so dead on, it puts thoughts that I’ve had a thousand times into words. It’s described as a book for ages 4-8 but I’d describe it as a book for parents. It’s a must read for all parents, and it would make a terrific holiday gift. If I Could Keep You Little is available to purchase online from Amazon for $10.87.
