Here’s a tasty and filling dinner that’s super quick and easy to make.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb cooked ground beef (I used some already browned ground beef that I keep in the freezer)
- 1 packet taco seasoning (I used cheesy flavor)
- 2 cups Minute Rice
- 6 oz corn
- 4 oz sour cream
- 14 oz chopped tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Place the browned ground beef in a large dish.

Prepare the Minute Rice according to the instructions on the box.
Add cooked Minute Rice to the bowl and stir.

Add the tomatoes to the bowl and stir.

Add the taco seasoning and the corn to the bowl and stir well.

Add the cheese to the bowl and stir well.

Heat on stove on medium for about 5 minutes, just long enough to heat everything through and melt the cheese.
Serve and enjoy.
