One of the great things about making pizza yourself is that you can make it any way you want it. Recently I was given the opportunity to try a new pizza crust – Pillsbury Artisan Pizza Crust With Whole Grain.

Pillsbury Artisan Pizza Crust With Whole Grain comes in a tube, the kind dinner rolls come in. It’s super easy to make. All you do is unroll it and place it on a baking sheet, stretching it to the shape and thickness that you want.

Bake for about eight minutes, then add the sauce and toppings that you want.

Now all you need to do is finish baking the pizza.

That’s it. The crust was pretty soft, and wasn’t super dry like some crusts are. The thing I like the most about it is that it’s easy to make (no rolling pin required). It’s perfect for making pizza just the way you like it. I just went with pizza sauce and a little extra cheese, as I wanted to be able to really taste the crust and not the toppings this time around. You could put anything on top of it from veggies to meats to fruit. If you keep track of nutritional values for whole grains, this crust has 16 grams of whole grain per serving.
