With as many recipes as this cookbook has, I would find it really helpful if each chapter had a table of contents. This cookbook contains over 500 recipes, as well as lots of helpful planning and serving information and tips. Recipes are all pretty simple and easy to understand. The ingredients were all ones likely to be found in a typical kitchen or grocery store. The book does have lots of mouth-watering photos of the appetizers, but they’re all condensed as opposed to being right there with the recipe. On the positive side, each page of the photos tells you what pages to go to for those recipes. There are a lot of things in here I’d love to try making (and eating), starting with Madeleines, Mini Bagels, Crispy Fried Risotto Balls, Ricotta Patties, This cookbook would be perfect for people who enjoy entertaining.
