Sweet Secrets Chocolate Pretzel Pizza

Looking for a fun party food for game day? I’ve got one for you – the Sweet Secrets Chocolate Pretzel Pizza. The Sweet Secrets Chocolate Pretzel Pizza is 12.5″ in size and weights approximately 2.5 pounds. It serves 8 to 10 people.  If you’re ordering between May and September or if you’re in a warm climate where the temperature exceeds 70 degrees then cold pack shipping is mandatory. Cold pack shipping cost includes the product, a styrofoam insulated shipping box and cold packs.

The pizza comes with a mallet, which you need to break up the pizza since it arrives solid. It takes a bit of hammering to break it up. I was actually a little surprised at how many times I had to hit it to get it to break. It isn’t a bad thing, and it feels pretty good if you’ve got some extra aggression to get out, LOL. On the plus side, I find it unlikely that your chocolate pretzel pizza will totally break apart in shipping like some products do.

Sweet Secrets Chocolate Pretzel Pizza

The Sweet Secrets chocolate pretzel pizza is made up of pretzel pieces, sugar cone bits, M&Ms, chocolate cookie chunks, double chocolate chips, and sprinkles, and has lots of white and dark chocolate drizzled over the top of everything. You never know exactly what’s going to be in the bite that you take, so the taste  may change a little with each bite. There was lots of chocolate, which was especially yummy on the pretzels. I really enjoyed the taste, particularly when it was the dark chocolate with the pretzel with the cookie chunks.

The Sweet Secrets Chocolate Pretzel Pizza is perfect for entertaining. Everyone will have a blast breaking it up into pieces with the mallet and then digging in. It’s also a great party food because it’s very much a hands on finger food.  This is the kind of food that you just put on the table and everyone picks at it. No silverware required. The pizza arrives wrapped in cellophane but it can not be closed up or sealed after opening. As such, one thing I do suggest is that you have a large ziploc bag handy for storage, if you even have any left over.

Pricing for the Sweet Secrets Chocolate Pretzel Pizza starts at $35.95. Sweet Secrets also makes artisan chocolate products like chocolate covered pretzels, pretzel bark and truffles. Products are available for purchase through the Sweet Secrets online store or select retail locations in Illinois.
