That’s the area of my local ShopRite where they sell ends from the deli. I find lots of uses for ends. And, it saves lots of money! For those of you that make your own homemade mac and cheese, this is a great place to find cheese. One of my family’ favorite dishes using ends is my Odds And Ends Pasta Salad, which looks like this.
