Since surgery I find that I am more mindful of what I’m eating. Since I eat so much less than I did before I try to eat foods that will provide me with what my body needs. I just about always look at protein, vitamins and calories. I also frequently look at fiber, because if the right things don’t go in nothing comes out, if you know what I mean.
